These specialized classes are limited to 4-5 people, ensuring that each student receives individual attention and personal instruction based on their body’s individual needs.

Avoid the large, more competitive, and cramped classes. Come enjoy one-on-one guidance, hands-on instruction, and nurturing positional alignments from Rachel. All props are provided.

Wednesday Nights with Rachel 

6:45-7:45pm: Strength, Balance & Self Massage: This class is designed to help students identify which side of their bodies are stronger and more flexible and which side could use some extra strength and mobility. In addition to strength and mobility, learn ways to break up muscle adhesions, scar tissue, tight skin, and self-massage techniques. Perfect for recovering from chronic pain and physical imbalance. 8:00-9:00pm: Restoration & Relaxation: This later evening class prepares students for a restful sleep and serves as a deep, mid-week break from a busy life schedule. Using blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps and other supportive props, allow your body to rest into restorative positions as you breathe slowly and let gravity open you up. Rachel is a specialized Thai Massage Therapist, Advanced Yoga Instructor and Holistic Health Practitioner. She combines Western and Eastern philosophies of healing and restoration. 

She has designed these classes to reflect her broad studies in Thai and Yoga therapies, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy. Her work, interests, and research revolve around chronic pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, low back, auto accident injuries, and pregnancy (pre and post care.)
